Large corporation is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist. The position is full time with hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent opportunity within the organization. Full benefits are offered after a 90 day probationary period that include 100% paid medical and vision. This position is for a seasoned secretary or receptionist that has advanced administrative skills and is able to familiarize yourself with frequent visitors and guests while also being discreet and professional. The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role within the company. You will be responsible for greeting all visitors, confirming appointments, coordinating conference room schedules as well as overseeing a small refreshment area in the lobby (coffees, water, etc.). Answer all calls, sign for mail and deliveries and other clerical tasks. Log mail into system, sort checks, and perform data entry. You will also assist with pulling weekly reports (through Excel) for manager meetings. Assist with compiling department data; you must know formulas. Special projects will be assigned as needed. You will work closely with management and must be professional, trustworthy and reliable.


Requirements:



+ 5+ years of receptionist or secretarial experience


+ Type no less than 45 wpm


+ Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook)
